Very Quick Movie Review-Midnight Run
What a horrible looking photoshop
I stayed up too late last night watching this”classic” movie from the late 80s. This is one of those films that you hear about but never sit down and watch. (at least for me).
DeNiro is a bounty hunter who has to get Grodin back to LA by midnight while both the Feds and the Mob are chasing them.
I finally did. Bottom line. Lots and lots of f-bombs. But pretty good acting. I enjoyed watching DeNiro and Grodin, plus you get to see Detective Taggert (from Beverly Hills Cop) as a low life bounty hunter.
Funny sidenote: For most of the movie, Charles Grodin is handcuffed. According to wikipedia, he now has permanent scars on his wrists. As I was watching the movie, I was asking myself, “I wonder if those handcuff are really hurting him?”
There you go. Don’t rent it. Just tape it when it comes on cable tv again.
