Quotes and a Question

I think that quote could apply to more than just books. I have the movie, Glengarry Glen Ross on my DVR and it’s taking me a long time to get through it. (Although, is that really a classic?) I have also skimmed through Casablanca, Gone With The Wind and Citizen Kane. Curse you remote control, why do you make my life so easy?
On the book side, here is a website that lists 50 books you should read before you croak. Yeah, I’ve read 5 of them. I guess it’s off to the library for me this evening. After I do a little TV thing.
And speaking of that…Fox 4 viewer and tc.com commenter Rob writes: “Hey, Todd! I saw you on the 5:00 news last night–ARE YOU BACK???”
I feel like I should yell like Jimmy Fallon in the SNL sketch about the wacky morning DJ. “WE’RE BACK!”
Well, I’m not really back on a full-time basis. But I am back in the sense that if Chip goes on vacation or is out sick, I am available to fill in. I needed to take a break but now I am ready to help out if Fox 4 needs me and it works with my sometimes crazy schedule. (I do have to admit, it felt good to be in the traffic center again!)
