I Exercise Therefore I Am Sore
Hey, you see that picture over there? That’s what I am doing right now. Holy crap. I started 2 new fitness routines this week. Why 2? Why not! Actually 1 is a cardio program called from Couch Potato to 5k. My eventual goal is a marathon. Now I also started the Men’s Fitness program week one and it’s got an exercise that includes a step up to the bench while holding dumbbells -40 times per leg! Yeah, that was a little bit too much. I have been hobbling around like a 95 year old over the past 24 hours. Turns out, you probably shouldn’t work out when your muscles are sore, duh.
