That is so true. 
That quote actually reminds me of another quote that I remember that said “a sale is simply a transfer of enthusiasm. ” Hey you get two quotes for the price of one today. Being able to impart your vision to someone and have them want to take that vision and improve upon it, I believe, is the mark of a good leader.
