Best of luck! It sounds like you are doing the right thing for you and your family. However, the morning show won\'t be the same. It won\'t be easy to teach the new guy (or girl)how to do the \"shift and bob\" routine!

I think working a 5am to 5pm schedule is no picnic. No matter how fun traffic reporting is (and I don't mean that sarcastically), I think it's commendable you split your time between Fox 4 and the RAB for so long.

I highly doubt anyone would ever say "Congrats. It’s about time you left” to your face and truly mean it. I've never heard anyone say anything negative about you or your reporting style. Seriously.

I'll miss working with you, but I understand your situation. Sometimes the toughest decisions to make are the ones that are best for ourselves. People may think having breakfast with your boys is a small thing (or worse, a self-centered matter), but it's a major thing for you and them. A few extra hours in the day to spend with your kids is a precious important thing. They're young only once, as you know.

So, best of luck fellow Horned Frog.

Maybe now you're ready for the Dillinger Escape Plan? Maybe? If you've ever wondered what a fit sounds like, it's them (in a good way).
