Fox 4 Good Day Promo

Awww, here is one of the promos I shot for Fox 4. Could I have on more make- up? You know, Chip Waggoner and I recorded about 20 minutes worth of really good stuff talking about teamwork and having the viewer’s commute in mind when we do reports and out of all of that, the producers pulled out “Traffic, The Musical.” Sigh.

It’s Fun To Be Zombie

Thanks to my buddy Joe, I get to fulfill a life long ambition to portray a movie pass hoarding “zombie” in the critically acclaimed web series, The Variants. If you like comic books or geeks or just watching talented people pull off a single-camera setup tv show with little or no budget, I highly suggest you check out the entire series.

A Much Better Looking Me

Surprisingly, some people have hired me based on my looks alone. I know! I couldn’t believe it either. Here is a small gallery of images from photo shoots over the past couple of years.

Looking intently at nothing

This pic made its way to the SYBASE home page. A camera crew and six of us “European businessmen” invaded a real trading company in downtown Dallas for this 2 hour shoot. All those screens were blank when we were there and our motivation was to “look concerned as you tried to close a sale”. I left a Post-It note at one of the desks thanking them for the use of their office. (Bonus fact: I have never seen so many toys in an office before. Nerf hoops, dart boards, water guns, action figures, etc. When do they actually work?)

Where did all the corn come from?

This shoot for Pioneer Seed took place in Prosper, TX (Yee-haw) just north of Dallas, I think. I say “I think” because after spending 4 hours in the cramped confines of a real combine tractor, I got a call a week later saying that client didn’t like the angle of the image and we had to reshoot on a green screen in a Dallas studio. Obviously, the corn/wheat out the window was fake during both shoots but I can’t tell if this is on a green screen or what. In any case, I am the farmer on the right and my buddy Tom is the salesman on the left.

I'm late for surgery!

This is a quick pic from my phone from an education video/image shot for Procath Medical. I was playing the role of a technician for a dialysis treatment center showcasing a new drug. We shot up in Denton at a real dialysis treatment center and one of my co-stars was in the Harold and Kumar movie playing Harold’s mom! (Mary Deese) A 3-day shoot ended up being only about a day and half and my best line was: “Nurse, could you come in here please!”
